C/R: Theft Cases Are On Rampant Due To Unavailability Of Fence Wall - Headmistress Laments

The Headmistress of Breman Asikuma Secondary School (BASS) in the Asikuma-Odoben-Brakwa District of the Central Region, Mrs Sarah Baah-Odoom has recounted on the several theft cases recorded in the school recently due to unavailability of fence wall.

She noted that, her residence has been tempered three times making away with several items and the dormitories as well when students are off to prep, adding that the town folks in most cases operate at night.

She also lamented on accommodations for teachers and other staff to beef up security at campus. 
She made these remarks during the 2022 homecoming of the school.
 
Speaking to the Member of Parliament for Asikuma-Odoben-Brakwa Constituency on issues at stake, Hon. Alhaji Alhassan  Kobina Ghansah, an old student of the school called on the old students to come on board to contribute their quota to develop the school especially providing fence wall to prevent theft cases.

In an interview with a security expert and old student of the school, Nana Okofo Nyarko Abaim II, Sanahen of Asikuma Traditional Area, said preparation is underway for the uplift of the school and construction of the fence wall to prevent encroachment and theft cases.
